CLIP NUMBER ONE

We are thinking we would like this first instance of animation highlighting the "Live, work, and play remote..." touchpoint to begin at around :06 of the video and hang around / be faded out or fading out by around :11. This mockup below is obviously just a still frame from that range but the animations (crudely done within Wix) should portray the gist of what we want to emulate.

We would like to have the darkening filter already be sitting over the first image from that range of frames (the girl walking towards the ridge overlooking the cool city) as opposed to fading in then do that, followed by the topographic lines revealing from the top and the text appearing similar to how it does on the bottom.
